Founded in 2002, British Television Shopping Association
has been established to officially represent the UK's
Television Shopping Industry.

The market size of the Industry is estimated to be £500 million.

Initial funding has been provided by 11 industry members.

Ultimate membership is expected to be approximately 25 companies, representing some 85% of industry sales.

The BTSA will represent the interests of the industry at a National and International level and will address regulatory and commercial problems that are capable of having a profound impact on the industry.

Companies will not be admitted to membership of the British Television Shopping Association without an understanding and commitment to adhere to high ethical standards.
